Sprint Store

Worst phone provider I have ever been to. I switched because the service was the cheapest around. Now I see why. They don't tell you that all the wonderful pricing will actually not take affect for 2 months or more while your autopay or whatever is processed so you're paying way extra for the service. Then, the financing on the phone is actually a promotion that will go into effect sometime between now and your next 6 cycles. And instead of helping in store they just give you some phone number to an outsourced agency that leaves you on hold for forever and just reiterates how you should have read the fine print and it's your fault. After an hour they finally dropped my bill to where it should be, so at least they did something, but it's the principal. They purposefully hide the truth to get the sale. They are commission based and will do anything to get you to spend. Don't waste your time.

I bought a couple of phones here last night and the experience was fantastic! And I can't thank them enough for entertaining my child the whole time! You guys rock, and special thanks to Brad for making the buying process easy

1st off, the young man in the store was very helpful, so I’m giving the score of 2. Took my iPhone 6 Plus in last night to get an iPhone 8 Plus. Initially I was going to get a $350 trade in for my 6 Plus. As we started doing the paperwork I was told I would be signing up for the flex plan, which is a lease program. I explained to the young man that I would prefer to just buy the phone out right. He called his manager whom said I could buy the phone but they wouldn’t give me the 350 dollar trade in for my phone, I would have to buy the phone at store cost. Needless to say I walked away from the store without a new phone. The manager had also told the young man, if I buy the phone with cash that they would give me like $100 for my iPhone 6 Plus as a store credit. Not sure I understand how my phone is worth $350 bucks to a flex plan but worth $100 if I pay cash? Very disappointed in the store and sprints new tactics to make money. So just beware if you want a new phone, you’ll lease your phone, this store will not honor sprints $350 trade in on your phone if you want to buy it straight up.
