Too much stuff, no one really knows anything that might benefit me and my phone needs. Never enough service but everybody has some sort of tablet to keep track of my account accurately.

Worthless customer service. Do not honor things quoted by the online customer service and account team. The lady we talked to had no clue and refused to honor what I was told and was rude about it when we walked out. Verizon is garbage as is their customer service at this place.

This place can be busy, but the layout of the store creates a nice atmosphere. They have a small table with tablets with games for children. The staff is very friendly and professional. Good parking and handicap accessible.
