I would not recommend this store. My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones and they talked us into getting a jet pack which was supposedly free. What they didn't tell us was the jet pack would add another line to our plan and we would be charged for that line every month. Also when we took the jet pack back because we didn't like it, they want us to now pay a $200 cancellation fee. This is an update from my original review frm 3 week ago. I wish you could give a zero star rating because I would. I was told to email Michael Shields 3 weeks ago and he would potentially help me. I sent two emails and have gotten no response. Don't waste your time or do business with Cellular Plus!
