They were very responsive and informative for everything. Bus driver was on time and courteous, and even went and bought a new AUX cord for the music because the other one wasn't working. They also were fine with changing the travel times the day of the event. Would recommend them moving forward.

Be careful about booking to far in advance with this company as they have there buses for sale on Craigslist.

Highly disappointed. The bus we reserved was 40 minutes late, the breaks smelled awful the entire time, the driver did not follow instructions and took us downtown instead of out west. We arrived late back to the house since the driver was late picking us up and the are charging a late fee. Also, the "window" on the top of the bus, covered with cheap plastic, busted off when barely touched. A person in our group was falling as the driver was turning, tried to catch herself by putting her hand on the ceiling and a chunk of the window busted off. We have tried to call and email to discuss the charges and we have not received one call or email in return. The sad part, I referred them as I used them a couple years ago when they first started their business. The change is service is not good. I will never refer or recommend anyone to this company again.

Too bad people who screw up their own address on the contract for the pick-up location causing the issues and problems never admit that fact but slander and blame everyone else on social nedia now a days isn't it!
