would give them a minus 5 if i could! I called them to confirm an appt i had set on Friday, she told me no! She said they don't put appt's up until that morning and"if they have an available driver"then i will get a ride! My insurance company is paying for the cab ride so i can have a procedure done and you can't garauntee me a ride? If you show up and take me are you gonna take me home? Your so unreliable no one can trust you!! Your person that i spoke to on the phone has to be the rudest person i have ever talked to!! She shouldn't be working in customer service that's for sure!!! I won't ride with this cab company again!! I will inform UnitedHealthcare to stop doing business with you too!!

Wish I could give it zero the cab drivers stink they’re rude and perverts the dispatch people are liars they’re never on time and they have zero respect just use a Lyft or uber if at all possible but do not use these people!!!

I ordered a cab well in advance of my time sensitive ride. Called them right after said the cab will be there soon and made sure it would be within the hour and they guaranteed that it would. After about half an hour called them again and they decided that they would extend my wait time an hour "because they got busy" so turns out they don't respect the first come first serve just what will make them money!!!
