Excellent Excellent Excellent. Brought a sturdy American made trailer here. The salesman was one of the friendliest nicest people I have ever dealt with. Have contacted them several times and the service people are just as nice. Had a repair done that only cost a fraction of what I thought it would. They took time to explain the repairs and were very helpful. I found them when I had my hitch installed and they recommended coming here. Now I know why. Also they have a huge selection of trailers. I also paid less for an American made trailer then a lot of flimsy Chinese made trailers I was finding.

I purchased a Aluma A8818 trailer from Thomas Bus Sales. My main contact/sales person was Kirby. The personnel were very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Kirby showed me all the features of the trailer, and demonstrated how everything worked. They helped me hook it up to my truck, while explaining tire pressure, sway, proper height, weight, etc. In addition, they helped me setup my trailer brake control on my F150 to the proper level. I drove from Madison, Mississippi to buy the trailer from them and would do it again without hesitation. They are great people, who know their products.

Sales department is great! Very friendly and pretty knowledgeable. Parts/service department could definitely use some work. The lady I delt with was not friendly and did not smile once while I was in the office. She needs a serious attitude adjustment. I was quoted around $400 for a trailer fix, when I went in to pay, my bill was nearly $800! I did not receive a phone call about the price doubling after I asked to be notified if there were any changes. I will be finding a new mechanic to work on my trailer.
