PR Party Lines

We took a party bus from Cumming, IA to the Luke Bryan concert in Boone on 9/30 and had the best time! From the coordination and booking (Thanks, Ralph!) to the ride to and from the concert, we had an outstanding experience. Our driver, Chris, was tons of fun (request him!) but also made sure we were safe and well taken care of. He was patient, had great communication, and handled the crowd in the best way possible! HIGHLY RECOMMED if you're looking for a party bus for any occasion!

Great service for our bachelor party this last weekend. The staff for scheduling the bus was very helpful. Our driver John was an awesome driver.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. We had booked a bus for my bachelorette party. Unfortunately, 4 days before the party, my brother very unexpectedly passed away. We informed PR Party Lines and asked if there was any way we could cancel the bus, even offering to let them keep the original deposit. My sister in law made the original phone call and the individual she spoke with was very rude to her. A few hours later I received a call from someone at PR Party Lines. At that point I informed that individual that I was currently in the cemetery, helping to pick out a burial plot for my brother, so I couldn't really talk. The person on the phone just kept talking and I was told by PR Party Lines that they would be refunding NONE of our money and they stated "your personal life is not my problem" They also stated "people come up with excuse likes this all the time to try to get out of events" and "I really don't care that your brother died". The owner of PR Party Lines ended up calling me and stating that I was rude to his employees and the attitude I took with them was unacceptable. Admittedly, I probably was... but wouldn't you be too? and what about the fact that his employees were completely rude to me and outright told me they thought I was lying about my brother's death? I have never experienced such heartless behavior and horrible customer service from a business before. I understand that business is business and everyone is out to make money, but there is also a lot to be said for treating your customers with dignity and respect. This is an absolutely horrid company that does not care about its customers and only looks out for itself. DO NOT USE.

Great experience! The bus was better than expected! It was very spacious and I loved the lighting! The driver was very patient and nice! He was willing take us wherever we asked and knew his way around! Overall, this was great!

Was at the state fair last night. Had a question about your rentals. Even though it was pouring rain the driver got out and talked with me about your buses. I am from cedar falls and really liked the trolleys that you have. Driver went out of his way to help me and was very professional and new the company A lot of times people only give reviews for bad expierences and this was a great one. Will deffinatley call you for our wedding next year
