Bus had a mirror broken off at a toll booth enroute to Washington DC for women's March. Was dark and snowy. Driver wanted to fix mirror, said illegal to continue without mirror. Dipatch apparently told him to continue on, so he did. Felt very unsafe.

Took my students to NYC recently and not only did the bus have a long list of broken items: Seats that wouldn’t recline, or reclined into the laps of the people behind them, no WiFi, broken speakers on the monitors, ripped seats with the stuffing coming out...etc, but the bathroom did not have water in the tank and it was the 3rd bus driver who discovered this and filled it. 2 of the three drivers were absolutely incompetent. We have video of one texting and driving, and the other one drove like a maniac on snow & ice tailing trailers and skidding. The company says they’ve reviewed 16 hours of footage and has a report from the federal coach administration. But the footage does not show chaperones and Kids screaming and falling out of their seats. They are not willing to compensate us on our horrific experience, nor have they issued an apology. Can’t wait to hear their reply below. I wish I could upload my footage! By the looks of some other reviews, I’m relieved to know we’re not the only ones reporting this horrible company.
In response to your reply: We paid for a bus that had specific convenience items that functioned: The bathroom, The wifi, The speaker system, WORKING SEATS...etc. You did NOT provide us with those items working. In addition, you provided us with drivers who did NOT keep our students safe. If you paid for a service in which you did NOT receive that full service, you'd want your money back! The footage you are viewing obviously does not show your driver swerving in the snow and ice, skidding and sliding, and almost hitting a semi trailer while breaking the speed limit. We were yelling and screaming at him to slow down! Our data is FACTUAL! We have written accounts from several adults on the trip, and their stories are consistent with your failure to provide us with a safe bus and safe bus drivers, along with a video of one driver texting and driving, which is against the law. YOU ARE NOT TAKING OUR COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY!

Originally thought it was decent, but recently I travelled with them and their windows were improperly sealed, allowing frigid air to blast at me the entire bus ride. On top of this, the seats are kept in such a poor condition, the reclining feature kept activating while I was trying to avoid the freezing air. Additionally, their amenities only work once in a blue moon. Their advertised internet connection may as well be advertised as a battery draining feature and the outlets work only half the time, which also happens to only be on one side of the bus as it is.
Save money and save sanity and just carpool back home. These buses are probably from the early 2000s and haven't been maintained since then.

Horrible experience! Used only 3 times and was 2 1/2 hours late dropping my kid off the first time and 5 hours late picking up the last time, communication was sparse and inaccurate. Customer service not willing to compensate or provide any discount with all these issues, very unsympathetic. Will pay extra for Greyhound.

My employer chartered some busses from them recently. While riding, my watch fell off and I didnt notice until later. I was able to get ahold of them and the staff was amazingly helpful. They found the watch and even delivered it to the hotel where I was staying. They went above and beyond and I couldn't be more grateful!
