The worst experience I ever have. The bus got late 2 hours and when I called the customer service and I talked with the head of the customer service department she simply said that we don’t have a backup plan and you just have to wait without any apologize or any kind of compensations. The service on the bus is terrible and waiting aria is so dirty and cold.

Not very helpful: I wanted to change the time on my ticket, but instead of doing their job, they sold me a ticket to Des Moines, just so they wouldn't have to change my ticket there. They did send an apology letter and compensation, but it would have been nice not to have gone through that whole ordeal in the first place.

This address is wrong and the business needs to have it changed. Their location is the ames intermodal facility. I missed my bus because this is where I thought I had to go.
