Avis Car Rental

Doug the owner, was AWESOME! Went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Was picked up, dropped off and I even forgot my sunglasses in the rental, and they brought them back. Thank you very much, will definitely use them again.

My booking was on 29 may 2016 here, and unfortunately I dont remember what was the name of young guy helped me so much. I made mistake with reservation city but all was settled down by one telephone call and in addition to this I got much more higher class car instead I booked. Thank you wery much for this, for this memories about Yellowstone that I will keep for whole life. Without your assistance and so nice attitude to customers it could not be possible. I will recommend AVIS for all my friends going to visit US for sure! My apologizes for so late report.......

The Best Customer Service I have ever experienced. The Manager, Doug, went above and beyond to help my family in a time of distress. After our family car developed a severe mechanical problem in Yellowstone, Doug drove to pick us up and found a perfect rental car for us to continue our vacation. He provided us options to help with the challenging lodging situation in the area and referrals for towing and repair services. We rented a Ford Expidition for a week and loved it - fit our camping family of 4 perfectly. Very reasonable price for the week. Doug even stayed a little late when we dropped off the car and offered to help us move our luggage back to our recently repaired Mini Van. Thanks Doug!

Great guys, they did honest recommendations and picked us up so we didn't had to walk through snow. The car was really really clean and they checked the functionality of everything in front of us. Thanks!
