Baymont by Wyndham Greenville

The front desk guy was super nice upon my arrival. Checking in was a breeze. He aim to please. He gave me a deal on a room when the original room I booked was not ready. The room was clean enough. I only see a couple of things wrong. Coffee Pot needs to be removed its trying to rush and mole. I didn't want to use the AC unit because of a odor and me and my child have allergies. The door was missing the weather strip but thankfully it was warm and not cold or raining. Dusting could go a long way for us people with allergies. But I would stay here again in the near future when coming to visit family.

I normally dont write reviews but this experience was so bad that I felt like it was necessary. I would give this place a 0 if I could. We changed rooms 4 times before being semi satisfied. Every single room was dirty. Stuff all over the floor, bathroom door in the first wouldn't close, windows with a ton of finger prints and toothpaste on the faucets. Everything you can think of. Then the air wouldn't work after they transferred us to a suite and a man named Gary told us that the AC machines are based on ambient temperature outside and essentially told us we didn't know how to work it. Raj on the other hand was very nice and apologetic and willing to work with us until we were happy. We tried getting another hotel in the area but all were booked. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Front desk people were nice. Breakfast needs work. Shower wonderfully hot and strong pressure. Rooms could use some general cleaning.

Brian at the front desk was very nice. As far as the room goes it was nasty. Food still in the fridge, who knows when the freezer was defrosted, the curtain had a big hole in it at the center where you would close it. The curtain rails anchors were hanging on by the last ridge. The tub had mold galore. Looks very black to me. Just sayin. The clientele was not the reputable type it would appear. We were there less than an hour and pretty sure we saw a drug deal and a prostitute making a deal. We didn't safe at all!!

Overall staff was pretty nice! Reserved a non smoking room but sheets had cigarette burn marks already in them...please check sheets !!!! Hotel was decent but could use a major renovation !
