This rating is not graded on the curve. Three stars means it was perfectly adequate. The pros: Monique is a star of customer service. Really personable and forthright. The rate for pets is reasonable. The parking lot felt safe and was (barely) able to accommodate our truck + trailer. The room was clean and beg-bug free (we checked). The cons: the shower in our room (220) didn't work. A fine mist of water emerged from the shower head, but most of the water flowed out of the tub faucet. The tub faucet also leaked. A little determination got all the necessaries clean, but the room needs a plumber. In short, the place did what we needed it to do for a reasonable price. We would stay there again on the strength of Monique's customer service. Just don't go thinking you are headed for luxurious accommodation.

We made reservations 2 months prior to our arrival via Choice Hotels website, for 2 queen beds. About an hour before arriving we were contacted by the motel saying that they apparently our room was given to someone else that wanted to stay an extra day. Sooooo, we ended up with 2 double beds. They did give us a little discount, but it's the principle. We started the night before in a Comfort Suites in Delaware that was $10 more per night and was excellent. Very frustrated.

This motel has it all. Clean room, comfortable bed. & GreAt breakfast choices.

Stayed here 2/22 First off Monique up front was amazing! That's the way customer service is suppose to be. The beds were clean and comfy. For the price we were happy. Did not wanna wake up lol. The only issue was the person above us did a marathon and was walking around to much. But a pillow over the head did the trick. Will deff be staying here again.

Very clean rooms, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. Loved that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms as well. Price was great too, very affordable.
