Super 8 by Wyndham Raleigh North East

Customer service office treating us nice, respect & paying right thing. There have only breakfast foods in the morning and also snack machine. There have NO SODA machine but customer service have selling soda and we have to pay $1.00 for soda. When I walked in the bedroom while I smelling cigarettes in the bedroom at hotel but there no mess and very nice in the bedroom. Hotel got police checking on people at Super 8 hotel. Making people scare of police while they enjoying at hotel. It's very rude & not polite. Little bit disappointing!

I stayed here for my birthday / vacation (Saw Steely Dan and The Doobie Brothers ) from May 9 - 13, 2018. When we checked in, the clerk was way beyond nice... she went out of her way to make sure our party was happy with our rooms. The place was clean and quite and the location was awesome. When I come back to Raliegh, I will stay here again. I recommend this hotel very highly.... for the price and the service, you can't beat it.

I love it. It's my place to go when I come to Raleigh. In the progress of trying to move to Raleigh so it's very convenient and affordable.

I paid extra money as I was assured doing that would guarantee a smoke free room. The smell in room that I was given was very heavy with cigarette. I did not have extra time to play with. I had to get up early for work the next day. Very miserable stay. I mentioned it to the person at the desk on my way out the next morning and sent a message to the company. No answer. I will not choose this hotel again.

Checking in was a snap, the place was nice and quite. They had several breakfast options and the maid staff was very efficient
