Motel 6 Raleigh - North

The man at the front desk was very kind to us. The rooms were clean. And the price was unbeatable. Out of our group of 4- 3 of us had been in a car for 19 hours with no sleep the night before so the soft beds were a literal blessing. The hot water worked. And thankfully it was relatively quiet, though the walls were thin. Overall, the motel was nice and very appreciated.

I was very happy with this room. It was very basic but it was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the AC cold, the shower was good, the room was very clean and well stocked with towels and wash clothes. The people at the front desk were very friendly and eager to help. I liked that is was close to the main highway but far enough back so you couldn't hear the traffic. It's not far from several restaurants. Also there was no extra charge for our 65 lb dog. Good value for the money.

I have truly enjoyed my time at this motel. If I would've went by previous reviews I wouldn't have had a chance to see for myself what they offer. The staff is very engaging and always courteous. The rooms are newly renovated with fresh paint, new bedding, bathrooms and flooring. Yes, you see people standing outside of their rooms but that's not unusual because I've seen this at other motels as well. I feel safe in my room day and night. It's quiet and clean in the lobby and in the parking lot. There aren't any bed bugs/pests that I have noticed since my stay and I've been here for about a month now. If you want a good place to stay that's convenient to local restaurants and stores at an affordable price then Motel 6-North should be your next stop!!! Don't take my word for it, try it for yourself!!!

This hotel was disturbing n dirty.. there was drug dealers n hookers in the parking lot.. cops everywhere.. constantly smelled like weed.. I will never go back to this hotel.. I don't know how you even have it on your website.. I was disgusted the whole time.. shower was horrible toilet seat was gross.. I had to beg for towels.. I had to go out n buy pillows... If I was able to get my money back I would have went somewhere else.. horrible hotel.. when you turned on the air conditioning it smelled like weed.. you went in the hotel lobby and it smelled like weed.. my kids were terrified.. and unfortunately I didn't have the money to go to another hotel .. very unsafe hotel.. was scared of having the door broken down n robbed.. as well as my car.. I was scared to sleep.. never again.. don't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy... I was toId I was able to get an early check in at 1:30pm.. had to go back and fight with staff several times to be able to check in at 4:30pm.. not very good service when they list there check in for 3pm... Parking lot is full of Glass n garbage.. gross hotel.. do not go there unless you are a drug dealer or prostitute then you will fit right in... Very loud ignorant behaving customers. Get no peace there unless you're on third floor. The building is so old/ ragged, it should be condemned

Not the cleanest, but not the dirtiest hotel I've seen. For the price it was reasonable. The rooms were ok, but much could be done to make it better. The outside parking lot could at least cleaned up a little more, but overall it wasn't a bad experience and the staff seemed courteous at least.
