Baymont by Wyndham Hagerstown

Terrific stay overall. The location can’t be beat and our group appreciated the friendly, engaging, and helpful staff. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast each morning and the 24 hour on premises diner made for a terrific option as well. We’ll definitely be back!

It's difficult to find a nice hotel that is dog friendly, but this was definitely a good choice! It is showing a little wear & tear, but nothing severe. Our room was clean & comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the staff was very polite. The 2nd floor breakfast room, away from the lobby, was nice as well.

For a Baymont Inn, I wasn't impressed. The floor needed vacuumed, the shower curtain bar was broken. Therefore, curtain wouldn't stay while showering. The room smelled previously smoked in or musty. We travel very often. And, this was a "Free" stay for accumulating points. I feel that they gave us a less than average room, due to it being a free stay. I hope this wasn't the case. It was just lower than standard for a Baymont Inn. Bed and pillows very comfy, though!

Clean affordable rooms, great customer service. This was our first time back in years and our group was very pleased with the breakfast, access to the diner, coffee shop, and front desk who couldn't have treated us better. We will be back!

Waste of money , please do not stay here.. This place is filthy and dirty. I wish there was a way to not even give a star. We stayed here during my uncle's funeral and I requested a smoke free room but the room I had was smelling with smoke. The bathrooms were dirty and faucets were broken. The attendance could not move us to another room because they were full that weekend. The room that was reserved for my aunt had bed bugs all in the bed so she had to sleep with my cousin. I can never stay here anymore and not even anything with the name Wyndham.
