Superb quality and customer service at a very reasonable price. Beds better than home, plus Complimentary breakfast. Would def stay again!

Where to start, I paid 120 for 2 nights. I was then charged an additional 60 for a "deposit". So all in all they charged my card 180. I was one of three people to break down inside their elevator in a week. They refuse to fix anything. Halim was the rudest person I have had to deal with. I was told I was getting a refund but all I got was charged another 60. When brought up, he told me to figure it out and call my bank, not his problem. They couldn't explain anything they had billed me for. I'm having to dispute everything with my bank. I would never stay here again, you'll be more comfortable sleeping in the back of your car save the cash. The worst place I have ever stayed at.

Will never return. 3 day, 2 night stay. Pros - kind and accommodating staff. Decent size rooms (had 2 - a king size suite and a double queen). Rooms themselves were clean. Soft beds, soft pillows. A.C. worked well. Cons - the hallways smelled disgusting. Not easily handicap accessible. Elevator tiny, scary and smelly. Hot tub in suite had to be scrubbed and disinfected and still felt skevy. Free breakfast had several options (cereal, oatmeal, bagels - all edible) but the eggs and potatoes, gross. Ice machines broken on 3rd and 4th floor (based on reviews for at least a year). At time of booking, I didn't realize this was a "budget hotel" since I booked the suite and paid quite a bit considering when I stepped out of my room, i felt like I was in a cheapy motel. The patrons vary from college aged to very drunk, loud and rude adults to what appeared to be the kind of people you see on Intervention - clearly high and haven't showered or changed their clothes in days or weeks. For the money I paid, I should have stayed at a nicer hotel and dealt with it being further from my destination.

Just checked in on January 4 2018. Have had no problems. Room is clean shower was nice. Check in was smooth. Yes rooms are small but its a 3star hotel. It is a very warm welcoming hotel. I travel for work this is definitely one of the nicer super 8. Feels more like a extended stay.

Great price for the quality room, probably the best Super 8 we have stayed at. The beds are huge and very comfortable.
