Besser's Bike Barn Inc

Each time ive been in there its taken ages to be helped, I dont know if they have sales people there or what but ive had multiple friends also say their experience was similar. The most helpful guys there are the parts guys Joe and Tony. When trying to purchase my bike i was told "just wait no one can sign you out the owner is out and so is his son and they are the only ones who can sign people out" like usual the employee says! 30 mins wasted waiting for who knows why, Guess its back to online ordering or maybe to Moon Motorsports.

Prices and selection seemed fine. But I was in there for 15 minutes, no other customers in the store, not one person even approached me, much less asked if I had questions or needed help. Most likely will not go back.

Well kept and they don't hawk over you to buy a bike, snowmobile, fourwheeler, etc. No pressure at all (self-paced). Highly recommend checking them out. They have really nice motorcycles with reasonable prices. Helmets aren't bad, average priced. Will definitely be back!

Tony in parts is great, perfect customer service, would not hesitate buying next purchase here. Customer service like this is so rare these days, employees like him help a business grow and hopefully are compensated well. Only had ATV in once for basic service and safety check. Tech was not as great, still had an issue after bringing home, I would guess he probably did not test drive. Still did a good job on rest of service work just recommend test driving and going over what was asked versus what was done for even better service.

3 times my UTV has been in there & still isn't correct, not sure they know what they are doing!
