It's the paradise for electronics nerds, like me. As with any store, you have to know your information and prices before you go in so you know whether or not you're getting a good deal. Of course, comparison shopping doesn't always mean you're going there to buy something but you can find bargains. As an example, they recently had a flash sale for 24 hours. They had their house brand, Insignia, Google Assistant smart speaker for $39.99. This was for the bigger and better model with the rechargeable battery. That price is an absolute steal on something that is $149.99 when not on sale. Do your research before you go in and it will help you immensely. Otherwise, just have fun looking at everything.

Young, friendly, and knowledgeable employees. However, if you try to call them doesn't seem like anyone will answer. You have to go in physically because I have called from two different numbers after waiting 15 minutes on one so thought maybe I didn't have the actual store listed for Medford but no matter, I am on hold now 10 minutes on the other phone. Finally got an answer after about 30 minutes and was told all calls were routed to Portland and then they connect you..

Bought a car stereo with installation. Called today about having it installed. Said they would call us back. 6 hours later we call again and find out its over a weeks wait for installation. Just call like you said you would and let us know.

Is it the goal of Best Buy employees to not have to answer the phone??!! It is the black hole no matter what phone menu option you choose while on hold. I've called over 5X, it's a continuous loop without the option of actually speaking to a real person. Not worth the headache! It's no wonder why people prefer to buy online.
