I went to Sears garden, with a friend twice on a Saturday. While it was nice, to not have sales people high pressure us, out of 4 employees, not 1 acknowledged us! This, was on the first trip. We, returned several hours later, to buy additional garden tools, again, not only did anyone seem to notice, I as a customer had to look for help. I, found a employee, who reluctantly helped, it was obvious to both of us, we had bothered him. We spent a combined total of over $320.00, which, I can only assume, was not enough commission. I, can now understand, why Sears corporation is heading, into bankruptcy and the demise of Sears! To the manager of the garden center, tell your employees to at the very least acknowledge, EVERY CUSTOMER, or down the road Sears in Medford will be among the list of store closings!!

The sale person who helped us was awesome! She knew everything about what was available, points, etc. She guided us through our shopping experience expertly. Well done. Found everything we wanted quick and easy.

Never crowded, exceptional clothing deals, and the salesman and saleswomen don’t pressure you. A real hometown feel.

Don't buy a mattress from Sears because if you have to return it you will get ripped off and they are not up front about it. I purchased a mattress and box springs for $1750. It was delivered on 3/17 ( a week later then they had said) On 3/26 I called to say I could not use the box spring. My new bed had been delivered and did not require a box spring. We had not used the box spring it was still brand new. They said no problem it could be returned and refunded. But I had to wait 31 days from the date of delivery and call again to start the process. So I called on 3/20 and they said sorry it is only 30 days need to call back tomorrow. So I called today , 3/20, they told me there is a 15% restocking fee (although they told me the box springs were going to get destroyed) and a $69.00 pick up charge. No I could not take it somewhere myself. No wonder Sears is going out of business. If they would have told me the first time I called about all the charges, I could have put it on Craig's list and sold it and not have had to of store it for 31 days. This will be my last purchase from Sears. They were not up front and the 31 days waiting period is ridiculous!

My family and I just spend well over two hours trying to buy a $1000 refrigerator. We must have shown up during their geriatrics day. The man had no idea how to ring us up. We had to start the whole transaction over twice because the salesman couldn't get the computer to accept cash. He had the nerve to ask us to come in tomorrow at 9am to try again. We want to purchase today. They were open for an other hour so there is no excuse to ask us to leave mid sale. I would like to thank you for reminding me why i cant stand sears. Zero competence for salespeople.
