Big brothel and Todd's lane widening project finally done. Worst paving job I've ever seen. Took way too long for a crappy job. Never seen many workers the whole time

Called the Superintendent of the Rt 17 project and asked a simple question, "who was supposed to plant the grass in the medians?" Mr. Morris got super defensive and said I finished that project back in December.. I don't know who takes care of that... I asked him again, So you were the superintendent of the whole job for 5 years and you don't know who was suppose to put grass seed down in the medians!!! Ho got really stupid and said i'll have to contact VDOT or York County and then again said I completed that project and I'm on to other things now. I'm definitely not concerned about that and I need to go... He was so cocky and would not listen to answer a simple question... And as it turned out, YES he was responsible for putting grass seed down on the medians and it never got dune!!! Horrible attitude.... Drive by Western auto and look at the sides of the roads... Nothing but weeds and dirt for 3 months...

My experience with E.V. Williams was great. The employee's are friendly and efficient. They got the job done on time and under budget!

Contractor is cocky, arrogant and completely inconsiderate; thinks that they are better than everyone else and even above the law.
