I Have bought three cars now from Priority. This deal was the easiest of the three. Don L. is an awesome salesman. Dealing with him was fortunate turn of events. I was on the lot early and Belinda had him come over to help. He didn't even have his signature hat with him.
It was by far the most personable car buying experience I have ever had.
I had originally given the dealership two stars because of seeing my Piece of Sh__ trade being retailed for three times what they gave me. If the car didn't have so many safety issues that wouldn't bother me.
I received a call from Don assuring me the car will not be retailed, that it is going to auction. Right now it is on the toyota site, but it isn't fair to nuke Don for something he has no control over.

UPDATE: I am keeping my original review below for context. I want to commend Bobby and Gene for showing me just how important their customers are.
Jumping through hoops is an understatement. I was so upset on day 1, and they brought that home with them. The resolution is all I could ever really ask for.
My advice for potential buyers: ask for Gene. He is BY FAR the most intelligent salesman I have ever worked with, and he is a straight shooter. I will continue to go back to this dealership. Next time I may give all 5 stars!
**Just very disappointed with the trade-in and buying process. So many deceptions, I wish I had never bought a car from there. There is no loyalty to current Hyundai owners. If you read the information they give you, it completely contradicts what they tell you to your face. Save yourself the misery and heartache and go somewhere else.**

I had a great experience buying my Tucson here but this service department needs some serious help. Every single time I come here there are problems. There is either a lack of communication between the service advisor and the mechanics or just poor customer service in general. Don't get me wrong, they are polite, but they just don't have any sense of urgency. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. What pushed me over the edge today is I had an 8:30 appt this morning and it is 2:30 and I haven't heard anything so I called for status on my car and they told me it still hasn't gone back to the shop yet! Inefficiency at it's finest. They need to stop over-booking themselves and take a real hard look at why they have so many unhappy service customers. I know two others personally. Unless you have to go to this location, you're better off somewhere else. I always had much better service at Priority Honda.

The buying experience was easy and efficient...however, my experience since then has been atrocious. Clearly this dealership only cares about the sale and you’re on your own after that. I was informed AFTER all paperwork was signed that my vehicle, bought used, only had one key. Had I been made aware of this earlier in the process, I would have requested a second key before signing anything. Since then, we have been given the runaround for almost 3 months to get this second key, and as of today we still don’t have it. The communication between departments is non-existent, we are constantly given wrong information, no one calls you back. Total disappointment. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Our Prioirity Hyundai experience was wonderful. It was non- stressful, actually cheerful. They worked magic to get the deal that worked for us! The dealership representatives were kind and actually seemed happy and excited for our happiness with our purchase. We were given a tour of the facility and our new vehicle before driving off of the lot for future use. I would highly recommend this dealership! A special thanks to Mike our salesman... he was the Best!
