Holiday Inn Norfolk Airport

Too Much Construction internal and external to hotel. Elevators not working from day to day. I stayed for 14 days on business. The indoor pool was off limits also. No microwaves in the rooms however, you can request one to be brought up to the room. The room was spotless and the service from the staff was on point. Surprisingly the food from the restaurant was also really good. Well cooked to your desired request and seasoned. The front desk service good average but the people were kind. The location of the hotel aside from the above mentioned is perfect to get places and off a major hwy. I advise you to go to the restaurants you wouldn't dare go to from the appearance because that is where the best food is served. But stay away from this area for now. They are turning this hotel to a Marriott and the renovations are just beginning. Oh and did I mention they have an ATM which no always works but they can only accept cash for everything. Just inconvenient!

Really clean & modern hotel. I was given a suite upgrade for my IHG platinum status. Friendly staff and quick check-in. Highly recommended if you'd like to be near the airport.

A great stay, the rooms were large. The receptionist , Bruce, was awesome, friendly and helpful. If you need a microwave just call the front desk and they will bring it to you. Worth the stay.

No elevator, no fitness center, no pool, no restaurant cause they have no Chef so they can't open. We had to order pizza out. What is going on with this place. I will never stay here again. It was the worst experience ever. When we signed into the room they should have tolds us they had no amenities and i would have been more understanding then finding out after we were already checked in. Thanks but no thanks!! Very upset and disappointed with Holliday!!

We had a Business banquet on 1-18-2018. Amber and her team did an incredible job setting everything up and serving our guests. The Service from Daniel and Tai was prompt and professional. The food prepared by Charles was very good. The check in experience for our out of town guests with Bruce was a nice welcome. Overall I would say April and her entire staff made our evening very special. Pete & Debbie P. Norfolk, Va.
