Southern Kia - Greenbrier

This use to be a great place to bring your Kia. However, the last 4 yrs have not gone well. Bad mechanics , you have to return multiple times for the same issue that was supposedly repaired. Next, they had a tires for life program. Which meant if you needed a tire for as long as you own the vehicle. They would replace your tires. Then without advance notice they ended the program without grandfathering the customers that had bought tires during the program. Now they sell tires with one year warranties. That aren't communicated until you need a replacement tire . Next your told that they don't honor the tire warranty, You have to find a place that will.?? Seriously???

So this is the second vehicle I've purchased in a few days. My spouse more or less wanted a new vehicle and for whatever reason it had to be a Kia. I was extremely skeptical of dealing with any sales people especially seeing how I brought a pickup truck a few days earlier. Well needless to say I began to let my guard down once I met Ms Cynthia who ended up selling us the car that we were looking for. Not even 5 minutes into meeting her, Joe ( the sales manager) came out and introduced himself to us as well. Ms Cynthia and Joe both knew that I was pretty hip to the car buying process yet still gave me everything straight. I believe Joe and I began discussing a price and he ended up meeting me in the middle of the asking price and the price that I was willing to pay. I honestly have to say that him and Ms Cynthia were probably the most straight up and honest car salesman and woman that Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Once all of the financial paperwork was taken care of, we sat down and spoke to Heather who offered us the paint protection packages.... However before offering us the packages we all sat down and joked around about how when one spouse gets something, the other must have something better. She certainly made us feel right at home. We actually ended up buying a package from her just because of how personable she was. Brian who finalized the rest of our paperwork was cut and dry which I love. He sold us what we needed and when I said no to something, he didn't push like any other dealership would push. All in all I really enjoyed the experience. I had the pleasure of meeting 4 people with 4 different stories, 4 different personalities, and it truly made my week. Thanks again Ms Cynthia, Joe, Heather, and Brian for the easy going experience.

Sales and service department are top notch. I feel that I got a very good deal with sales and the service department is awesome.

When I arrived on the lot I was greeted by Mr. Robbie Plante. He was very professional and also knowledgeable on all the Kia vechicles. He makes sure he does everything to ensure you get the best deal possible on your purchase. I have definitely found my car guy for life.

I recently brought my wife's car in for service that had been put off while the vehicle was overseas. Similar work for my Acura was less expensive but I agreed to have the work done. I went to pick up the vehicle and the check engine light was on and I needed to leave the vehicle again...no apology for the inconvenience. I found out that it will be another large charge and they will have her car for two more days. I will not be bringing her car back to this dealer.
