U-Haul Moving & Storage of South Military Highway

Been there a few months with no problems and paid on time. But if you can not get there before business hours end you can not access your storage unit. $104 dollars a month and they want more money so you can access your property after work hours. In Virginia it's against the law for anyone not to release your property when you do not owe money. But it's in the contract so read it well.

Had to put my items in storage for a month very secure safe staff was helpful friendly . Only thing if u go at night there no lights inside your unit. Have to use car lights . They said they did it that way cause some people forget to turn it off and may cause a fire. But great location

My bro rented their U-haul truck. Customer service was great overall., rented for three days.., and returned today after picking our baby Camry Toyota., the place is so hidden, had hard time looking for this area ..but service was good.. I'd recommend anybody to this place..

I have only gone there physically two times. Both times lead to a great experience. The customer service is excellent. I just hung up the phone with them for a rental and again it was all great service. Thanks U-Haul
