Poor customer service, the guy selling clothing, and the guys behind the counter in service are great, that's about it. The sales team practically ignores you when you walk through the door. Maybe they want the shock of their high unit prices to settle before they come over to greet you. Parts prices are 10-15% more than you can buy them anywhere else, and don't expect them to answer the phone, or order the parts same day they were called in, or even let you know parts have arrived. They do has a "Bone Yard" which is cool, but it's not advertised. Great place to find used parts for older machines.

So far having trouble with getting parts, but always call me back nice and professional. just limited knowledge on some stuff maybe because younger but I know more about parts than they did on some older stuff kind of frustrating.

Was shopping for touring luggage for my FJ09. Only shop in MN that was interested in the business. Helped me choose what I wanted. Ordered it all in quickly and installed while I waited. Fantastic customer service.
