"My husband and I recently spent a week at this gorgeous condo ,Villa Seaward  unit B- the pictures really don't do it justice, as the actual appearance upon arrival was jaw-dropping.  My husband literally dropped the luggage and walked out to the balcony as soon as we arrived!  The views are amazing, the condo itself was very well equipped with everything you need -updated appliances, lots of cooking utensils and essentials, extra towels, comfortable bed, and clean, clean, clean! I think this may be the most perfect beach condo we've rented in Florida, and we've stayed in a lot of different beach condos throughout the state.  The street behind is 1 block from the main highway into Lauderdale-by-the-sea, so not much (if any) traffic noise.  Just a few walking blocks away you are at the main hub of the city, lots of restaurants, shopping, etc.  The condo is only about a half hour drive from the airport, so you could possibly skip a rental car, and take a taxi or Uber.  Saskia at the check in office was very helpful before our arrival, quick to answer questions, and the instructions for arrival were very easy.  This condo is highly recommended in our opinion!"

We are heading over for our third year renting a house from them. We started because before Airbnb was popular we tried renting through VRBO and were almost scammed twice. For most other vacations we use Airbnb, but for Pompano and the surrounding areas we use By The Sea Vacation Villas because we feel our vacation is in good hands. We have stayed at many of their houses. Last year was Casa Carina and it was amazing.

My parents rented Villa Vista 39 for a Christmas family gathering. They could easily have gotten a 5 but dropped the ball on many fronts in some ways ruining our vacation experience. The office assured us if there was an emergency they would be responsive. It took us 4 calls over 2 days to get 3 beeping fire alarms silenced with a 2 1/2 year old trying to sleep... In addition, there was a loud sound disturbing our sleep from the air conditioner those days as well and no one bothered to return our calls even though the fire alarm issues were an emergency and making sleep difficult. There were a couple of other issues, too, but this is sufficient for a 1 star review especially considering Jason, the owner, promised my Mom he was going to give her a credit of some kind but has yet to do anything. I will be glad to edit my rating if this situation is rectified for my Mom, but otherwise you deserve this 1.

We recently rented Casa Panacea from May 13th – May 23rd  for my husband’s 60th birthday celebration with family and friends.  The house exceeded all our expectations.  We would absolutely highly recommend.  Casa Panacea has everything you need, is really beautiful, is in a great location and is close to everything.  It is much nicer in person compared to the pictures online.   There were 9 adults in our party.  We had plenty of space and never felt crowed.
We booked through Saskia - By the Sea Vacation Villas Rental Management Company.   
We had a few small requests once we check in and got settled.  All our requests and questions were handled quickly.   
We were very pleased by the level of service we received from start to finish of our stay.  Nothing was a problem.
We would like to thank Saskia and the staff at By the Sea Vacation Villas Rental Management Company.  
We had an amazing and unforgettable vacation.  We would recommend booking through By the Sea Vacation Villas Rental Management Company.  Great first time experience.

Thank you so much! My family and I couldn't be happier. We stayed at the Casa Riviera, which was an amazing house, with everything you could possibly imagine. I am also very happy that I did business with By The Sea Vacation Villa. Very nice and knowledgeable staffs, they always got back to me when I had questions. I have no complains. Best vacation ever. For sure will be back.
