Cable ONE - Ponca City

Paying for the streamer plan so I get “200mps.” Yet I can not even watch Netflix without buffering.

The internet goes out all the time and it's hard to get to talk to a person instead of a computer. We are never informed about upgrades and we had to disconnect the phone service because everytime the internet goes down so does the phone. Had a child having seizures, went to call 911, and no phone (happened a while back)

Got cable one because I was not able to get Dish where I recently moved to. I had to put down a $250 deposit plus pay for first months service all up front, so a total of $350 is what I had to pay. Its been 7 months later and cable one will not release my deposit because I was late by 1 day on my bill. I was told I have to wait another 6 months! This is money that I already paid but cable one will not apply that towards my bill. I absolutely HATE cable one. Customer service is only open certain hours, until 5. They are extremely rude. There is always an outage of some kind. I have both cable and internet. I had Dish for 10 years and I loved it. Bill was reasonable and had no problems. I wish I could go back to Dish. The second Dish is available...I am switching! Do not waste your time and money on Cable One. I strongly advise you check all of your options before you commit to this service.

I am livid at the fact that my internet shut off out of the blue either because you guys where doing maintenance on your servers idk. All i have to say though is that I have to get match made queue for a game that I play and it s getting to the point where I am thinking about dropping your service. The internet isnt as high speed as you guys say it is and on top of that it shuts off for 3hrs for no reason i reset my router 3 times and i know it wasnt on my end so it has to be on yours. Also if you are doing maintenance plz inform your customers because it has shut off while i am doing my homework.

I've had an excellent experience with cable one I was 1month late on my second payment ever with them an they were more than happy to work with me.
