When I called to order internet service, I got right through to a very nice lady that set me up for an install in Collinsville the next morning.  The next morning I got a call from the technician to let me know he was on his way.  

When Cooper arrived he was very friendly, professional, and thorough.  He made sure everything was working well before leaving.  I ordered the 25mb service and speed tests indicate I am getting 27-29mb.  Overall I am quite happy with the whole experience.

I had a tech from community cable came out today. I had awesome professional service from Cooper. Thank you again for fixing the cable problem.
