The onsite technicians have been friendly and helpful. But the outsourced phone support is very poor no matter how simple the request or question. The end result is always being directed to call the local office during their business hours. If you can't even get a new modem registered via phone support on the weekend why even publish the customer service number? Some of us are at work ourselves during all of Tahlequah Cable's business hours.

On paper this is the best speed for the money in Tahlequah. When it works, it works fairly well. We ran into a lot of times when it just didn't work (and it wasn't just us, everyone with Tahlequah Cable in town was out). What really bothered me about them is their billing. Their statements are impossible to figure out (It never equaled the price I was expecting, and customer service would stammer around what it was for..). Might as well forget about being able to use Automatic Payments. I literally tried for 4 months straight to set it up, but you only have a narrow window to set it up (the statement has to be visible but before it's due). Somehow in that process I got charged twice, which meant I accidentally prepaid a month. (So I couldn't try the next month because there was no statement available...) Just when I thought I FINALLY figured it out, they had an error processing my credit card (I ALWAYS double check the numbers!) and charged me a $25 dollar rejection fee. I used the same card to pay it manually just fine. 20 minutes on the phone with customer service and they were not helpful and wouldn't waive the bogus rejection fee. I'm going to try AT&T, hopefully with better luck!

The staff is AMAZING!!!! When we first met them they seemed short and rude but we learned different. Now with that being said the prices are ridiculous. They have monopolized the cable in Tahlequah and because of that the prices are so high it is crazy. Maybe they will one day come back down to the average cable prices in Oklahoma.

Pay for 100mps down, gets 1-2. Absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Nobody cares if your internet is working or not.

Staff is nice and friendly it's their broadband provider that's the problem. Internet is currently down, link to their support page is broken, and their 1 800 number is disconnected. Not happy that I have to wait a whole day just to get my internet fixed.
