This location is excellent. The clerks are always helpful and never have an attitude. Very clean and doesn't smell like weird old people. I wish they would stop increasing their prices all the damn time. So how they gonna raise prices but still give us the slowest speeds ever. Please for the love of Cox fix the speeds. Give us the bandwidths!!!!

Store was clean and welcoming. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. If only Cox cable service was any good (and more affordable), I would not have been there to cancel all my services and drop off their equipment!

Garbage internet, charging me for data usage, ISPs in this area now charge for using more than 1TB of data per month. an EXTRA $49.99? Thanks Ajit Pai. They can't even provide the actual internet speeds they "promise". Also once every three weeks they call me trying to sell more of their garbage when the internet is already sub-par. The second that Google Fiber comes to Tulsa I am dropping this ISP.
