Worst internet I have ever had. The connection drops every other week, sometimes more often. They have to send a tech out every time, and they never tell you what the problem is. They are the only company out here, so they have no competition. They can afford to be the worst company because there is no alternative

Internet constantly drops, We have to restart our router at least 3 times a week Even after they have replaced it once. My wife was even fired from her job because her employer felt our Internet was too unreliable. Even after all this they claim there is nothing wrong on their end

Apparently Cimarron Telephone needs some trees cut because their point to point antennas can't transmit through tress so i have these thugs cutting down and knocking over my trees all over the 35 acrea of woods that my home is in. They sneak around destroying the my paradise of private nature. Killing 500 year old cross oak and dont care what they the apparent contactors do. I have called the sheriff only to have run and hide until he leaves. When trying to talk to cimtel about it i get a ho hum non who cares attitude. They have a monopoly on in this area and just get richer and richer at our expence. Shame on you Cimarron Telephone Company. You will get yours in the end. God will make you pay.

How many times a day would you like your internet service to fail you? If the answer is at least 5 times then cimtel is the provider for you. If you live in rural Pawnee County Oklahoma, then you have no choice but to pay the $102 is that cimtel requires every month. I give a 1 star rating because 0 Stars was not an option!

I just gotten off of work and its 6 in the morning. the date December 31st 2017 my internet was not working, so I called cimtel thinking it was a long shot. Because it's Saturday, a gentleman answered. was very polite well knowledgeable and fix my problem within three minutes something that I would thought would have to wait till Monday so because of him I give it 5 stars if I could I would give it a hundred Stars and the internet is not do bad in my experience.
