What really puts it over the top is the customer service. This store is the friendliness store in Tulsa . I never call the regular service number . There's no substitute for face to face customer service.

I had service for all of 10 minutes didn't feel like arguing with the guy over the phone dropped it off I'll never go back. The lady in the office told me one price and come to find out it was double that.

Can confirm, the Lady on the phone was helpful. When I called Cox directly about a billing problem, they told me I'd have to drive 40 minutes into town to give them my ID. But I just called the store and she took care of it for me. 10/10, Definitely not an idiot.
