In a few words, an absolutely gorgeous lake. The only thing that could be better would be that the restaurant was open. It is in process of renovation and a date for reopening is not given. We took a tour on the Dolly and had a great time on it. Overall a great day for our family.

Beautiful area for boating, walking and picnicking. My family enjoyed a beautiful day having a picnic and playing at the shore. Hopefully if we visit again, we would get a recreation pass so we can park and stay longer and go out on the lake.

Had an amazing time. Plenty of parking and more picnic benches with enough tree shade have been added since my previous visit last year. Great place for entire family of all ages to enjoy. Canyon Lake includes ramp and dock for water crafts.

Great place to get outside and get on the water near Phoenix. Can get crowded in the hotter months so get there early to catch a good spot.
