I check in on ER last night about 09:00 PM with a symptom as vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain and short of breath. They called me everywhere back and forward until after hours call me to go inside. They put me, my daughter and my husband in a room, and never come back to see us, neither the Dr. Shows up. We can hear them laughing . I pay insurance and not cheap to have such bad treatment. If they don't like what they do, I suggest they chance. Nobody deserves to be treated like that. If I left my home to go to the hospital Friday night after s long work day, it is because I need help, and i did not find there. I will call the insurance company tomorrow to complain about that. I got up of bed,1:50 am and said i go home due there's no doctor to see me. To sleep i prefer in my bed that is more comfortable. They said nothing, just let me go with a sarcastic smile.
This is a worst place to look for help. I never in my life want to go back there.

Had my second child here. So much better than having a baby at the Elliot Hospital. Nurses seem more interested in your well being.

My best friends brother was admitted to this hospital and I’m here for support. We came in and asked the front desk for help and the woman was very fake. Woman helped us but with attitude. I even witnessed the same woman give attitude to another woman as I walked by to use the restroom. The woman just asked for a bathroom key. If you don’t like your job, quit. Don’t be fake or give attitude to people who are asking for help. You are the front desk after all......

The experience I had as a patient here was good, but no one returns phone messages no matter how many times you leave them. I’ve left multiple messages on multiple voice mails in a three week period in attempt to make sure my insurance is all set up with the financial aid office and I’ve yet to receive a return call.

All I can say is that I had a terrible experience with CMC's mammography department. They gave me the runaround after I had the mammogram and my PCP called for an ultrasound which was also done at CMC. The nurse the second time I went there saw that I was in tears and asked me if I was upset. When I replied "yes", she turned her back and walked away. This was after two weeks or more of not knowing if I had breast cancer or not, and with the added stress of having a family history of breast cancer and being a member of a group which is at extremely high risk for breast cancer as well.
So after that my PCP sent me to an oncology specialist, and the specialist looked at my mammogram and said that the supposed mass in one of my breasts was not clearly visible because the camera was out of focus when the mammogram was done , but she didn't think there was a mass. She asked for my permission to send my mammogram to her radiologist, who works at a different hospital. He didn't see any mass either . I had another mammogram done at another hospital, where they actually know what they are doing and treat patients in a caring and respectful manner, and the results were unambiguously fine .
Not once throughout my month long ordeal did I ever get a call from CMC , let alone an apology , even though I was almost hospitalized due to stress as a result of their cold-blooded incompetence and callous indifference. I will never go there again. I recommend that if you must go there for some reason , you do whatever it takes to avoid the mammography department.
