Great, I ripped my shoulder so bad that I lost function in my arm, I was given an appointment immediately and had an MRI. I requested Dr Soghikian, he examined me and recommended surgery, I had the surgery at the BASC and I had a complete recovery in a little over 4 months. Dr Soghikian is a great surgeon, I followed his instructions, completed Pt and I am back to work as an RN. I had an incredible experience both with the BASC and Dr Soghikian. I was so disgusted when I was injured I thought my career was over and Dr Soghikian quickly made me feel better when he made it possible for a full recovery, I highly recommend him and the BASC.

I saw Dr. Rix at the Bedford office back in December. Needed an MRI and then cortezone shot for knee issues. The wait at check-in was long but I took that in stride as it is a busy place. Dr. Rix and his staff were friendly and professional. Recently broke my ankle and the surgeon, Dr. Strapko was on duty at St. Joseph's to perform the surgery. Today I have my first follow-up appointment and based upon the reviews for the Nashua office I am look looking forward to it. Maybe I can switch to the Bedford group if this doesn't work out.

Appalling customer service. After having a terrible day due to my four-year-old daughter breaking her wrist, my wife called to attempt to make an appointment and was actually hung up on after dealing with a very rude receptionist. EDIT: NHOC acknowledged the issues and went out of their way contacting us to apologize for the rudeness. Perhaps the receptionist was having a tough day (god knows we all do). The care my daughter received was good, they did a fine job explaining the process, even made a cast that looked like bacon. We had one small issue in that the first cast was too loose, the second suffered the same fate, finally the third held on.

Friendly helpful staff and the PA's and Docs are amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

You have to wait in line At The administrative desk for up to 30 minutes because of their new computer system. Then, if that makes you late for your appointment, they tell you they're sorry, but they have to take that time out of your physical therapy.
