I had a mammogram here last year. The tech was great. I was in and out in no time without having a call back for additional images.

If I could give this place no stars I would. December 2014 I had xrays done at the Elliot. Got the typical bill from SNHRC and paid it. Fast forward several months and I get a bill for the same thing. So I call and say...I've paid this already, as a matter of fact I am sitting here looking at the payment on my electronic bank statement. I was told they recently changed billing companies and something must have happened along the way. They would investigate and let me know. Never heard back so I figured it was all set. It is now SEPT 2017 and I just got another bill FOR THE SAME DAMN THING. Now I have to order bank statements to show it because I no longer have access to statements from 2 years ago. Next time I have xrays I will request the be sent elsewhere to be read! I don't need this hassle!

Avoid this place at all costs! They're great at taking x-rays and sloppy at internal paperwork and billing. I was referred here by an allergy doctor to get X-Rays of my throat and nasal cavity. I paid my copay and left. On the follow-up visit to my allergy doctor, he stated he only received one X-Ray. The doctor's office called SNH Radiology and they did not have the second one on file. I drove down for a second X-Ray and, as I was checking in, was told (magic!) they found the missing X-Ray. Great! ... Then I got a bill for the visit where I didn't receive an X-Ray. I called SNH Radiology and someone in billing explained that since I had 2 X-Rays, I needed to pay 2 copays. I called my insurance company and they told me that my copay was per visit. 1 visit = 1 copay. We even did a conference call with SNH Radiology where I was told they would correct the issue. Two years later, SNH sent me another bill for the same visit where I received no treatment. I called and reiterated the situation to billing once more. I was told they'd open a dispute and let me know what happened. Today I received a letter from a collections agency on behalf of SNH Radiology. At this point, I can't count the number of hours wasted trying to clear up their sloppy work. Had they not lost my X-Ray the first time this wouldn't be occurring. Had they not kept correct records of services rendered, this wouldn't be occurring. As a PSA - Avoid these folks at all cost and go elsewhere, even if you need to drive a bit, you'll save a lot of hassle on the backend. I'd give zero stars if I could.
