The doctor my baby sees is wonderful. Always spends time to answer all my questions. The secretaries at check in do socialize with patients and can take a long time to check in especially if only have one there.

Awful medical treatment at a premium price. Doctors are clueless and are only interested in running the most costly procedures and tests first. Messages are never delivered, You need to call in daily for a week to get a call back. Doctors are terrible with prescriptions. My doctor was supposed to put in a prescription for an inhaler and never did (big shocker) and when I really needed it to breath this weekend, I called in and the on call doctor refused to put in a simple request for an inhaler. She wanted me to go to urgent care instead. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Do not go to Dartmouth. This place is terrible all around. Terrible prices. Clueless doctors. Awful scheduling (3 months to see a GI). There's not a single good thing about this place as a medical facility.

There is nothing primary about the care they provide. They can't keep a Dr.
