Chandlee Jewelers

My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Chandlee and it is beautiful! We picked it out together and Dave was very very helpful. There were a few hiccups where they didn't take my ring size correctly or told me the wrong information of when I should wear my ring. Overall I think it was a lack of communication BUT they treated me with respect, sincerity and were very quick to help me. They owned up that they made a mistake and fixed it quickly. I love supporting local businesses, especially ones who excel in customer service! Thanks Chandlee!

The owner, Larry, evaluated two antique watches for me. He is extremely knowledgeable and could not have been more generous with his time. Everyone in the store is extremely friendly. Nice to see a locally owned, small business in our community. I will look to support this business in the future and hope others do the same.

I brought a ring that was slightly too small (but enough to cause discomfort so I can't wear it) to this jeweler to have it resized. Not only did the man who "helped" me refuse to resize my ring, he actually argued with me about what was comfortable on MY hand (I guess he thought he knew what was comfortable for me better than I do?) In the end, I was told that I'd just have to "live with it." Um, no. I'll just have to take it to another jeweler who actually listens to prospective customers. That was my first experience with this establishment, and it will be my last.

This was my first visit to the store. Just a battery for my watch. The staff was very friendly and anxious to help. When I returned about an hour later, David called me by my name when I walked in the door. All in all, a pleasant experience.
