Kay Jewelers

Really poor service. The sales associate could care less about my patronage. I went to several jewelry stores today and Kay was by far the least impressive.

I had the pleasure of meeting 2 great Diamontologists Mrs. Jesse and Mrs. April are the bomb! They are both very helpful, patient, caring, knowledgeable, courteous, excellent customer services skills and just awesome. My first visit was with Jesse I went home with the ring and a few days later it just wasn't me so I called her ask if I could exchange she said yes. I returned the next day and she was not there:( I got another good Diamontologists I was so nervous but, she was so patient with me for over an hour and I finally found a ring I Absolutely Loved! Thank you!:)

I upgraded my wife's wedding ring here! They are some awesome people who answered all my questions and helped me get a good deal! Plus the red head that works at the desk there is really HOT! 😉

DON'T BUY FROM HERE. They are all liars! The diamond fell out of my brand new rong, not once, but twice within 1 week of having it. Then they kept it in store after they told me they sent it for repairs, only to find out that they had it the entire time until my 60 days return policy was up. Now I'm stuck with a ring that's not even mine! I still have a loaner. The manager LIED to me by promising me a custom ordered new one, only to find out that she never placed the order! Don't shop here!

Stay away from this store and take your jewelry somewhere else for repairs and maintenance. I took my wedding ring there and they have lost it (along with some other pieces that I heard about while I was in the store for an hour). I can't get any answers. I am heart broken to lose this piece that I have had for almost 22 years. We are almost 4 weeks into this problem, and there has been absolutely no customer service. They do not care at all. They just keep telling me to come in and pick out another ring and this will all be over. 22 years of sentiment, and this will all be over? I don't think so!
