Brian Hall with Churchill Mortgage was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. The entire loan process was a breeze and moved very quickly. I had started a Re-finance with another institution and that process was at almost 5 months long before I saw any type of paper work, that is when I talked to Churchill. We were able to go through the entire loan and closing process in about 45 days (the holidays slowed it down). Churchill found us the best interest rate, and helped us move to a 15 year fixed rate loan. I would highly recommend Churchill Mortgage to anyone that is looking to buy a home or Refinance their existing home. You will not be bombarded with high pressure sales pitches, and will not be moved into a garbage loan. If you bought your home before 2008 (like we did) and have not done a Refinance yet , give Churchill a call and see how much money they might be able to save you.

Brian Hall, Nancy Wendt and Krista Northop are wonderful to work with at Churchill Mortgage. My 30 year mortgage became a 15 year mortgage with a lower monthly premium and no PMI! If you are considering a home loan of any kind, I recommend Churchill Mortgage.

I got a letter from this company stating "I recently closed a loan with them" I have never applied nor even heard of them, so stating this is not good business practice in my opinion. And they didn't even have the address totally accurate. So Churchill, be honest and get your business honestly and not make it sound like someone has a loan with you..

Brian was absolutely amazing. He answered all our questions from beginning to end. Made sure we understood everything. I would recommend him to everyone. He works with you and does what’s best for you that works for you not for him!

We thought we were set up to get a home loan through a different company, only to be denied on the day we were supposed to close. We then reached out to Churchill's KC office and explained the situation. They were able to work with us and take us from application to closing in 3-weeks. We now have our new home with only a minimal delay. We couldn't have asked for better service than what we received from Churchill's team.
