Before we ever considered building a new home the first person I contacted was John Willoughby. I have known him since 1987 and he has provided excellent customer service and assistance with the purchases of all three (3) of our homes and a few refinancing as well. John is professional and very organized when it comes to this industry. The ability to get documents to him electronically and timely is optimal. He is trustworthy and he always has YOUR best interest at heart. He worked with us throughout the 9 month process of building our new home and anytime I had a question he was there with an answer. I highly recommend John Willoughby and Union Home Mortgage Services.

Glad I trusted these reviews! I had recently moved here from Chicago and didn’t know who to turn to for a mortgage broker, since I didn’t really know anyone. So, after reading the glowing online reviews for John, I decided to roll the dice and give him a call. Wow! Within minutes on the call John had me feeling like I was his most important client and instantly put my mind at ease. John really knows his stuff. This is the fourth house I’ve purchased in my life and I can honestly say, thanks to John, it was the easiest. My work keeps me pretty busy, so I really appreciated how he was able to handle most everything online and over a few quick phone calls. And yet, he was always ready to take as much time as I needed to walk me through something. I can not recommend him highly enough. Do yourself a favor and let John take all the worry out of this process for you.

My husband and I had a great experience working with John Willoughby. We looked at a house over a weekend and wanted to make an offer. John was available and got us pre-approved by the next day (Sunday). He was always available no matter what time or day of the week. John made the entire process go so smoothly. I would highly recommend Union Home Mortgage and John Willoughby. This was probably the easiest home purchase my husband and I have made.

I recently used John to help me through the process of getting a mortgage for buying my first home. Out of several other mortgage brokers I talked to before actually deciding who to go with, John was the most helpful at guiding me through the entire process. My first thought was to go with a loan that provided first time homebuyer's assistance, but given my personal situation and finances, John laid out three different options to choose from. He helped me decide to go with another mortgage option as he pointed out that it would be more beneficial for me in the long run. From his expertise and ability to answer complex questions with ease, you'd be able to tell that he has tenure in the real estate industry.
