My previous lender wasn't interested in listening to what my goals were with refinancing my mortgage. They were more focused on reeling me in with a low interest rate (which wasn't any lower than what MegaStar was able to get me) but adding a ton in closing costs to the end of the loan, which is not what I wanted. I went with MegaStar because from day one they made sure my goals were a priority. In fact, I think they went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted! They were always available! Jason usually answered, but if he didn't I never waited more than a couple hours for a call back. Very friendly atmosphere and a convenient eSign system so I wasn't constantly having to go to the office. MegaStar was overall great to work with and I'm so happy I chose them to refinance my mortgage!

Monetary trust in our home was very very low since my wife and I got screwed in our wedding. Time came along and we made the decision to buy a home. Megastar and his team, especially Pierre Burris, made it seem so seamless and really the communication was just incredible. They were always available to answer our questions and they made us feel secure with our biggest investment in our life. My family and I definitely recommend doing business with them

My husband and I have worked with MegaStar Financial, not once but two times. Each time, we received quality information, good communication and GREAT customer service. We have referred Megastar to our family and friends, everyone has always been extremely happy with the process, products and customer service. I would highly recommend them!!!!
