Michael Thomas just completed the Electrical inspection for my Platinum Plan. Consummate professional. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, articulate. Very pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection, and once our two children's weddings are past, will begin some upgrades for electrical. Thank you for continuing to hire awesome technicians!

On Sept. 21, 2017, Eric Badillo performed our annual service partner electrical inspection. He did an outstanding job, and was very helpful to explain facts relevant to our concerns. Our main kitchen light is now LED and looks great! It was a pleasure meeting Eric. He certainly continues the strong tradition of skilled and helpful Corley technicians. Excellent customer service! Early in February 2018, we had our annual service partner plumbing inspection. Griffin Mock did a great job. He replaced a toilet tank floater valve, and replaced a water heater element, both covered by our service partner plan. Later in February, due to an ongoing issue with our still-under-warranty water heater, Russell Smith did a great job installing a new water heater. We are not surprised, but very grateful that Corley honored the warranty on the original water heater and our service partner plan; there was no charge for the new water heater. Corley is an outstanding, fair and dependable service company. They do excellent, honest work, and they charge enough to be there when we need them again. We highly recommend Corley!

I've thought about this review for a few days now. I don't want to leave a bad review for the sake of Matt, our technician. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and tried to help as much as possible and did what he was asked to do. That being said, I will never call this company for anything ever again. The fact that they took advantage of the situation of us having no AC and it being 85 degrees upstairs really upsets me. In hindsight we should have lived with it for a week knowing we were planning on replacing the unit. The amount of money I was charged was outrageous and dishonest. On top of the outrageous amount of money, he kept trying to sell me a service package that I didn't need for a ten year old unit. Just a fair warning that if you are in an emergency situation, this isn't the place to call.

Dave Moore came to my house to do an annual plumbing inspection. This was his second visit to my home and he is both very professional and knowledgeable. I felt he preformed his job in an efficient manner and left me feeling secure with his findings. I hope Corley realizes what a unique individual Dave is and keeps him onboard for a long time!!!!

I had my air conditioning system serviced by Tyler Peay. Good news - Tyler did a very thorough job and explained everything he did and suggested follow up maintenance. Very nice young man. Bad news - I called Corley in response to an ad that advertised a $79.00 tune up for an air conditioning system. After the work was done, I was advised that "System" meant each unit - not the entire system. I have 3 air conditioning units . End result, i paid $240.00 for what I though would be a $79.00 visit. Shame on me - I should have asked a few questions before I ordered the service. Corley also installed a tankless water heater for me. Nice work and a fair price. I will definitely use these folks again
