Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning

Craig did a fantastic job! We just bought our house and the AC units had not been serviced for years. He put in new capacitors to help the fans run better and cleaned the outside units with a cleaner and a hose. He explained everything as we went, how the system worked, what to do and when. He was cordial, polite and very professional. He will be back this fall to do service on our heating units. Great guy and a great job!

We were having problems with our 17 year old heat pump and air handler. We called Dipple and they sent Craig out to help. Craig was very courteous, professional, and helpful in recommending what we needed to do. We ended up having to go with a completely new system. Craig was right there to guide us through the process. He helped with choosing the right unit, pricing, and even financing. The installation was done in one day and everything is running smoothly. I would definitely recommend using Dipple !!

Andrew (C. He has the same name but it is not me) responded to my request for service quickly and provided complete update solution to my issues. He was also willing to take the time to explain things to me as he progressed with the work. He arrived on time, finished the work completely and left the area much more organized than he found it! Their company has a service program that will have the HVAC, Plumbing and Electric reviewed twice a year for a reasonable price that definitely provides some peace of mind. I have used several plumber / HVAC companies in the past, but I am done looking! Andrew is a tremendous representative for an excellent company.

Andrew was awesome, literally, & helpful in the decision to repair or replace, and did the work neatly & efficiently. His very pleasant manner was a credit to him & Dipple Plumbing! Later in the day I discovered he also had corrected 2 problems with my kitchen sink faucet. A very pleasant surprise!!
