What can I say? Excellent work! I needed them during the weekend. I used their website to make an appointment. I put in the wrong phone number. They got in touch with me thru email. The technician got in touch,ask questions and gave me an rough estimate. The technician was young but well versed in his job. He gave me the impression that he enjoyed his job. He explained anything I asked and volunteered information. I checked out the rating before I picked Dipple for the job and it was dead on. Thanks

NO MORE LEAKS! The most wonderful customer service EVER! Billy- Awesome guy! Came out next day and told us right off what needed to be done. We needed all new plumbing. We knew that and knew that it was time for that to take place. Believe me you can afford it. They have so many options to help home owners out. We have had so many plumbers over the years to come out and put quick fixes on our leaks only for another leak to pop up somewhere else. Cameron and Danny to the rescue. These 2 guys go beyond their regular jobs. Very respectful to us and our house. ( always covered their shoes with covers) Answered all our questions no matter how crazy they may have been. Please don't waste your money on the quick fix it plumbers call Dipple Plumbing and ask for Billy and tell him to send out Cameron and Danny. They are my super heros. We had a sudden toilet back up (explosion) in our downstairs bathroom. A family member had used Dipple Plumbing and highly recommended them for their professionalism. We called and they were able to come out quickly to assess the issue. The three men who arrived were extremely professional, polite, informative, and thorough. They spent their time carefully checking every possible cause for the backup, to make sure that it would not happen again. They were not pushy and they answered all of our questions. Their costs are reasonable and fair, and they offer services beyond just plumbing. They handle HVAC and electrical as well. It's nice to know you can have one reliable company to call for all of these areas!

Josh came out to fix what I thought may have been a small electrical problem. It ended up being more serious than I thought. He was very detailed in explaining what the problem was and what would need done to fix the problem. I will definitely be calling Dipple again with an other problems that may arise and requesting Josh.

I have lived in Anderson for almost 2 years and because of the age of my house I have had Dipple out about 6 times. Half of the calls were for a problem and half were HVAC maintainance and cleaning. I have never been disappointed. I have even re-newed my yearly service contract with them. What a nice and professional bunch of people. Scott Kellner
