Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Anderson, SC

I was referred to Mr. Rooter by a family member. The appointment was easy to make, with availability that didn't drag out our water inconvenience (no hot water). We've just moved, so I was panicked. The team was timely, professional, and patient. They were able to get the hot water going and noticed some possible future complications. They provided me with a detailed explanation with estimate and pictures sent via email. Our day for service was cold and pouring buckets of rain. The team could've easily pushed it off until another day, as our water heater is outdoors and uncovered. Instead of rescheduling, they simply asked for an umbrella. We were able to come up with a better solution for that and they were in and out in little time. I'm so pleased. Our new house is so much nicer with hot water! Thank you!

Had a wonderfully positive experience with service techs Chris and D.J......they were Awesome !!!! They did a great job, listened to our requests, came prepared and had such pleasant personalities which was icing on the cake. Telephone customer service reps, Amy and Cindy, were also great to interact with.....we will use Mr Rooter again when the need arises.

Nathan arrived on time, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We scheduled to have a septic tank cleaned out on a home we had just purchased. Not having a clue where this tank might be, Nathan within minutes was able to locate and assess. He was efficient, quick, and extremely clean! (which is very important) He left the area where he had to dig in great condition. Guys that actually do great work like Nathan are hard to find these days. The monetary rate for the service was just below market average for the multitude of companies that I had contacted. I will be using Mr. Rooter from here on out!

Chris Guthrie arrived on-time and went right to work. Within a few minutes he determined the problem with our effluent pump. The man who had installed the pump (and entire septic system) had just spent a week and four visits to our house to arrive at the conclusion that he didn't know what was wrong. But, the pump sure wasn't pumping. Chris discovered that the man who installed the pump had left a rope in the tank which was eventually sucked into the pump impeller and caused the pump to burn out. Mr. Rooter might not quote the cheapest price for their work but they are professional and, for us, got the job done right the first time.

My plumber is Alfonso Dimas and this gentlemen is more than that- He is technically competent and extremely diligent in his work. He was placed in a difficult situation on Holiday weekend in working with my badly clogged and broken sewer lateral. He is kind, competent, diligent and trustworthy and took every measure to address the problem(s). The best guy for your job and a 10 on a scale of 10 as a person. p racey 604 Blume Rd, Anderson
