Courtyard by Marriott Norwich

Really nice hotel, clean and very modern looking. Staff was super friendly. The beds and the pillows were extremely comfortable. Short distance to Mohegan Sun as well. Highly recommend staying there if you're doing a night or 2 at the Casino

Very convenient to Mohegan Sun and especially liked having the shuttle to the casino. Recommend reserving your shuttle time when you check in as space is limited. Very modern looking and very comfortable beds. Food available on premises. Only negative, the heat didn't regulate that well so it was either too hot or it got cold if we turned it off. Would definitely go back.

The hotel is very nice, clean, recently remodeled, rooms are large with balconies, microwave and fridge, staff is helpful, food is ok but restaurant service was very disorganized. Breakfast both days was messed up. The staff didn't have us down as one free breakfast with the room rate and even though I thought we sorted it out the first day it was the same the second day. Then I was told we just got breakfast for one on one day which is not what was on my reservation. So I paid for breakfast but later got it sorted out with the manager. Both days they forgot to serve us all of our cold breakfast items, which was half of party's meals. And I had to pay an "up charge" to get almond milk with cereal. So a kids meal, very small plastic container of cold cereal, cost almost $6 .The blueberry pancakes may have been the best I ever had the first day but not very good the second and not prepared as indicted on the menu . The restaurant is closed between 11-5 which means no food or even coffee at the hotel, just snacks at the little pantry store. We had dinner both nights at the restaurant attached to the hotel, Prime 82. The food and service was excellent and the prices reasonable for a very nice meal. Kids loved the hotel pool but the hot tub's jets don't work. The shuttle to and from the casino was nice.

We stayed here for a night out at Mohegan Sun with friends. The room was nice and clean, as was the hotel. They even provided a free shuttle to the casino and back. They also had a fire pit with a bar that was pretty cool. It was a great experience all around.

If you are going to Mohegan Sun casino stay here!! the staff is wonderful..the rooms are clean.. & spacious great value for the price!!! use the shuttle service... Victor makes it fun and enjoyable plus he is punctual and drives safely! The only thing I would change is the breakfast situation.. there's a Starbucks on site FYI
