Very disappointing. For $200 a night you get a room with no way to keep out light at night, no exhaust fan in bathroom and one of the two elevators is not working. The room key work sometimes but not when you really need it too. So that ment another long wait for the elevator to have them reset it again. The house phone didn't either. On the plus side beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Robert Burns dinner in the main banquet. Hotel staff were welcoming, efficient and careful. Holiday catered, providing some custom items including a shepherd's pie haggis side with the entree. The hall was spacious, well-appointed, with a large dance floor. Truly a wonderful space for a banquet-setting party with large and small ensemble music and dance exposition with social dancing, toasts, story-telling, and ticket raffle!

Friendly people and clean rooms. Plenty of space for your wedding ceremony and reception. Good food and customer service.

Cannot say much. When we got there the power was still out from a storm the previous day. They had no estimates from the power company but they did direct us to two other nearby hotels with power.
The did the best they could in a difficult time.

The entryway was deserted. Noone to greet or help. Or direct us where to go. When finally we found our function, keys were not provided to open the bar. We so we had to walk our drinks back and forth while dressed in formal wear.
