Just spent 3 days here and would go back in a heartbeat. Staff was very friendly and courteous and went out of their way to accommodate any request. Free breakfast was good and a nice bonus. Our room was very clean and comfortable! Have nothing negative to say.

Decent. Not the nicest Hyatt Place I've stayed at. I won't return to this particular one. It had a moldy smell. Floors were dirty. Sofas were dirty. And one coffee mug hadn't been properly cleaned. Disappointing, especially for Hyatt. Follow up: Update. The Front Office Manager reached out to me to make things right. I was impressed I changed my rating from two stars to three.

Check-in was a bit slow. The front desk staff was also working the restaurant/bar area and had their hands full. Nice, quiet room (212). A little bit too much outside light for our taste but we made do for one night! GREAT breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. Still one if our favorite places!

Conveniently located 5 minutes away from the Mohegan Sun casino. Check in was quick,and simple. Rooms were clean. Free continental breakfast was one of the better ones I've had.

Friendly staff, easy check in. Clean large room and comfortable bed. Delicious free hot breakfast... wide variety of food.
