Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa

CLEAN place to stay but is under renovation. A few mis steps with the renovation- shower has no trays, glass work area top looks good but an optical mouse doesn’t work, nice air handler but it made a banging noise every time it started, small sink area barely enough room for a guys toiletries let alone 2 peoples stuff, LOTS of towels was good. They put me in a handicap room so I don’t know yet what a standard room is like but this one was probably roomier than standard. Buffet breakfast was OK but not great - all employees were very nice!

This hotel was not what i anticipated at all. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't an "experience"either. There's no view to look at in any room and the room lacked so many things one could use. And for the price of the a complimentary breakfast would have been nice gesture to thank their guests. Also, I'm positive I did not get a king size bed eventhough I double checked that at the front desk. I just really expected more for the money and all the pictures online. I did enjoy the Home Show event that was there! Great job on that. Probably won't visit again. Thanks

In general, I've stayed at cheaper places in other cities that we're much nicer and provided many more things complementary to the guest for lower price points. The water glasses in the bathroom were cracked. I assume to encourage you to instead pay $4 for their Fiji Water they provided in the room. On the last night of my stay I found something that looked like old candlewax (it was gray and stiff and had ran between the pillows) behind my pillow that had been there for at least the 5 days I had already stayed. In spite of the hotel advertising that they change linens on the beds every three days. Overall, I'd recommend against staying here. I was very unhappy with my experience.

Placed in a room for the disabled. Only a small dim shower light in the bathroom and no room on the vanity so I had to apply my makeup using a table near the window. Otherwise it was fine and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Good convenient location, comfy room, friendly service, nice facilities, a bit small for a large convention but otherwise a good stay over.
